On Wednesday evening we were very lucky to be invited to preview all the attractions the Weymouth Sealife Centre has to offer. We not only met this handsome chap pictured below but got up close to the world’s smallest penguin and the only visible colony on display in the UK!

They may only measure a tiny 25cm and weigh in around 1kg but they certainly do make a big noise. We were also taken into the new Turtle Sanctuary which not only housed young Turtles that needed care but was a fab interactive area where you could learn all about the effects of plastic pollution has on wildlife and what we can do to help. In short it was a great place and one that we would recommend visiting.
